Robert C. Bales, CEO Bob is a serial entrepreneur with over thirty-five years of business and information technology experience. After holding a variety of technical and managerial positions in and out of government, Bob launched his first company, Business Network Systems (BizNet). In 1989, BizNet merged with Hycor Systems and Bob moved on to his next venture - working with Dr. David Stang to help build the National Computer Security Association into a world-class membership organization. As President and COO of NCSA, he helped grow the organization, now known as TruSecure Corporation, to over 100 employees. He left in 1998 to pursue other business interests, including the formation of PestPatrol, Inc. in June 2000. Bales managed the growth of PestPatrol to 72 employees, a revenue run rate of $16M, and oversaw the sale of PestPatrol to Computer Associates in August 2004.

Roger Thompson, CTO Roger Thompson's computing career began as a mainframe engineer in Australia in 1972. In 1979, he started a business in Australia, to develop software for the then-emerging microcomputer industry. He now recalls, with some amusement that he called it Microsoft, and remembers being upset to discover that "Some American company had stolen his name." In 1987, he co-founded the first Australian anti-virus company, Leprechaun Software, and launched Virus Buster. After moving to the United States, Roger started Thompson Network Software, which developed The Doctor range of products; the company was sold to On Technology. He was most recently Director of Malicious Content Research at Computer Associates. In November 2003, Roger testified before Congress in support of legislation to protect computer users against spyware.

Chris Weltzien, COO Mr. Weltzien has an enviable track record growing thriving online and retail businesses for the home and SOHO markets. As Vice President of Consumer Business at Zone Labs, Chris helped transform the company's consumer/SOHO business from its freeware roots to a global provider of security solutions with more than 30 million users. With over 15 years experience in consumer sales and marketing, Chris has grown both start-up and industry-leading businesses. Before joining Zone Labs, he was Director of Marketing at Carclub.com where he helped launch and recruit the first 100,000 members. Prior to Carclub, Chris was Marketing Manager at DirectGroup Bertelsmann. He is a graduate of Lehigh University.

Greg Mosher, VP of Development Mr. Mosher has 14 years of experience in developing successful commercial software. He started his career in 1992 as developer and virus researcher for Leprechaun Software (later known as Thompson Network Software). Since then he has served as a lead engineer and architect in the disciplines of anti-virus, imaging, CAD, and web-based document management. In 2003 Greg returned to his anti-malware roots with PestPatrol as the developmental lead for the PestPatrol Anti-Spyware Corporate Edition. He is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology.
